It began on the 19th of March.

I had just bought a carrot. A nice, fine, orange carrot. I was about to put it in a bag, when WHOSH! A ninja whipped in through an open window, skidded off the display cabinet, and, with one smooth movement, stole my carrot! Now, ninja or no ninja, I was having none of it. Unfortunately, ninjas have a habit of disapearing. I got out of the shop, looked up and down the street, but he wasn't there. I say 'he' but it may well have been a 'she'. It was very quick. Anyway, the thief could be any one of them.

After hours of searching I returned home, with only 5 carrots, out of 6! Now, this is just not on, I decided. We don't live in a socity where someone can just pinch someone elses carrot! I was duty-bound to get find the carrot napper, and bring him to justice!

Well. It hasn't gone well so far, but I'm looking on the bright side.
